TenDay
The $2,500 Scope Workshop

Find the one AI production loop your company should actually run — in three days.

One working call plus a written map. It names your objects, your one production loop, your write-back system, and gives you a clean go/no-go on a 10-day install. No seats. No staff augmentation. Just the map.

A short chat with TenDay. We will not send a payment link from here. Prefer email? theneuralloop@gmail.com

What the map names

01

Your objects

The records the loop touches — the RFQ, the work order, the sell sheet, the packet — named precisely enough to build against.

02

The one production loop

Research → draft → named human gate → write-back. One loop, no second workflow. A named person gates it — nothing posts, pays, or emails without them.

03

The write-back system

The one system of record where finished work lands — confirmed on the call, not guessed. Not another dashboard nobody opens.

04

Go / no-go

A plain verdict on whether that loop is worth the 10-day install — including "no." You keep the map either way. You own it.

How it works

1

You write in

A few sentences about your company and what's stuck. We reply with a short intake and a call time.

2

One working call

We walk your operation and find where a production loop actually belongs.

3

The writeup, ~3 days later

The map: objects, the loop, the human gate, the write-back system, and the go/no-go with reasoning.

Price

$2,500 flat — due before the call
  • We invoice; you pay by check or through your own AP process. No card forms, no subscriptions.
  • Credits 100% against the $18,000 one-loop install if you sign. The map is the deliverable — the fee isn't refunded once the writeup lands.
  • Writeup delivered about 3 business days after the call. You own the map.
  • If you buy the install: day-3 kill option — you keep the map, and if we haven't started the loop we refund the unused install balance net of documented model spend.

Who it's for

A fit

  • Founder-led companies, roughly $5–50M revenue
  • CEO or COO in the room
  • Anywhere — fully remote
  • Want AI doing production work, not pilots

What this is not

  • Seats, licenses, or staff augmentation
  • A new ERP or a catalog rebuild
  • Trading, or unattended send of anything
  • The 10-day install itself — that's a separate decision
